From Theory into Practice

The start of a new school year is fast approaching. I want to do everything…integrate blogging into my English class and provide my colleagues with professional development. I am re-reading Will Richardson’s Blogs, Wikis, Podcasts, and Other Powerful WebTools for Classrooms book to get a handle on using blogging in the classroom. For the professional development piece, I want to use the TSG model Kathleen Gora and Janice Hinson discuss in “Teacher-to-Teacher Mentoring.” This is an article I discovered in the December/January 2003-2004 issue of Learning and Leading with Technology. I have got to subcribe to this magazine.
